+16 to Mana
Regenerate Mana 7%
Lightning Resist +5%

Any idea if this could have some kind of value?
I know the faster cast rate was left a little lower end as usual, but never know if someone might find it useful anyway?

Since Ars Dul'Mephistos and Gheed's Wager don't have a fixed fcr value it's possible that a warlock can use 5-7% fcr on an amulet to reach the next breakpoint. However all other rolls on this amulet are low. Strength can be up to 30, life up to 60 and lightning resistance up to 40. If you don't need the fcr a Mara's Kaleidoscope is much better and if you need fcr most other caster amulets or rare amulets with +2 warlock and fcr will be better.
Since warlock is very popular at the moment you might be able to get an Ist or so for it. For me this is something I would drop in a free items game to help new players.

Not much value, but you can still get 1–2 keys or 4–10 PAs. This season, people don’t want to spend Mal+ runes on leveling gear.
