Just did some googling and maybe the AR is adding worth to it that I'm guessing you still don't need if you're using Faith.
Apparently it's a 5-point ring (AR/Dex/LL/ML/all res), which google says it could be worth as high as 4 x Jah, so I could start there I guess lol.
, so even If I had the runes, would not trade soon...), I will keep on eye on that trade
