I found "Sling" Unique Ring from a "Trapped Soul" in City of the Damned.
Trapped Soul are not added to the list of monsters that can drop items in Holy Grail tool
Steps to reproduce: Add Item to Holy Grail and write "Trapped Soul" in the Monster NPC field.

Other non-monster and non-npc sources are also missing (armor rack, chest, jar, ...).
But I suppose that is to be expected since the text says "Monster or NPC that dropped item"
