This is why I dont bother killing Duriel. Even tormented it drops nothing. I have this issue with every boss but at least diablo andy and Baal give SOME more than that.

Yeah, it is indeed. Back in the old days, 20+ years ago, the only high rune I ever found was inside that chest: a Lo Rune! But I had no use for it back then lol (Single Player).
