My backup amm is 2/10/FR30/LR/STR14 (meaning, I wont purchase this either, my opinion can treat as neutral. )

2/10/ 20AR / STR/ CR is consider as 3 good hit but 1 slightly miss amulet, my guess, it will ends up slightly higher than average(medium) for you put in market.

This is classic example that

Caster Amulet will have higher pricing in LoD market than doomed warlock market. But in LoD market even it can sell higher but it will takes 3x time than usual to get it sold.
