Can be used to make Runewords:
I have a double perfect, 70 resist -10 resists
4 high runes minimum

with cold we want percent damage since we got Cold Mastery and facets

Cold Mastery works 1/5th effectiveness against sundered enemies, you would do better with -10% cold over +15% damage ideally.
