Can be used to make Runewords:
I would personally use Phase Blade for Unbending Will. If you can afford the runes, two Grief Phase Blades would be ideal for WW.
Yeah i know double Grief is BiS. Phase Blade for atack speed > dmg?

re WW and 1-hand weapons:
two Grief Phase Blades does the same damage as one Grief Phase Blade and an empty hand

I'm wondering the same. For me Colossus Blade looks far superior compared to Phase Blade for Unbending Will. Much more damage and more reach.
