Southern Worldstone Shard can be used to terrorize Act 3.

It can also be used as an ingredient in

If you terrorize an act with a Worldstone Shard, that act remains terrorized until all players have left the game.

Southern Worldstone Shard:
  • Most likely to drop from monsters with: <=63 mlvl <=68
  • Hell - both TZ and non-TZ
  • From Champions, Uniques, Super Uniques, and Heralds
  • Not affected by Magic Find

The only areas with Hell levels of 63-68 are the
Blood Moor (alvl 67) and
Cold Plains/
Stony Field/
Dark Wood (all alvl 68). However, champion monsters are +2 levels above their area, and uniques are +3 levels above, so there are actually no areas whatsoever where you can target-farm the
Southern Worldstone Shard. You need to get lucky with an off-level monster.
