I touched on this in the video - there is an acute example of it. Yes, SoJ farming got more rare in RotW. You also have to account for the Ring pool going from 9 to 11, on top of the Unique Factor being normalized.

Again, she is still the best for jewelry farming (SoJ) hunting, using RnG convergence of averaging, yes, it should take longer.

Negative, the 1024 Rare factors are still present which means the QBug has not ceased to exist. But you don't need to QBug her which makes your life easier.

She's still permanently quest bugged. Her Quality Factor for uniques was decreased by a fair amount, which effectively reduces the chance of a drop becoming a unique. (this is besides your MF) But she's still quest bugged, that wasn't changed.

According to Nishi, she will be dropping about 40% less uniques at p1.

That doesn't sound all that bad to be honest. She was pretty OP before. I just hope SoJ farming is still viable on Nightmare. I'm hoping to see some updated drop calculators in the future to check all this stuff out!

We spoke last night on this and I updated some posts on my video. So the way to look at it is this.

Regardless of /playercount, just focusing on the question "how many less uniques will she now drop"...

The answer is ~30% in both Hell Non-TZ, and TZ. This is material and not an overstatement. The math is fairly empirical and not refutable.

RnG will always exist in any game, so people will have their subjective edge/outlier cases of finding things sooner.

Then, as I alluded to in the video, when you layer in /players1 it is significantly more harsh due to her NoDrop at that point.

A friend of mine ran her 100+x already in ladder reset /players1 and this was his immediate reaction:
I have also had a handful of folks commenting on both my long-form and short versions of the update observing the same gut feeling.
