Description
Ritual is a new runeword added in the Reign of the Warlock expansion.
It is clearly intended for use by Warlocks that invest in the Eldritch Weapons skill tree, due to its life steal/life after kill, increased attack speed, and enhanced damage stats.

The "Slain Monsters Rest in Peace" Mod is perfect for farming Nihlathak. Same as Nature's Peace, he won't be able to use the Corpse Explosion on you.
Not worth making it just for the mod though, because Nature's Peace is usually much cheaper to trade for.
In conjunction with Laying of Hands, Ritual is a direct competitor to Fleshripper for fast boss clears. Though Ritual lacks in Crushing blow, its 40% Increase Attack Speed really helps with maxing out damage per pixel in Zealers. It is also notable on Frenzy Barbarians as well.
Slain Monsters Rest in Peace on weapon frees up a ring slot usually reserved for Nature's Peace.
Life leech also helps melee characters survive as well.
