When a point is added to this skill (Demonic Mastery), does it enhance the currently enslaved demon by Bind Demon? Or it follows the same rule as ever? To re-summon (or bind a new one in this case). Or maybe it also takes effect if quiting and entering the game again?

I don't know how it works for certain, but a likely point of reference for the developers would have been Iron Golem, which has its stats re-checked each time the caster enters a game. I hope Bind Demon works in the same way, but I have not had the time to level a Warlock and test it.

Thank you 2.4 for making all of my wildest dreams come true!
Completely 100% not scientific, but I do not think you need to re-summon. I did Act 5 Baal minion. At end of cow game I had a bunch of points left. Threw them all into Mastery. Next cow game it did seem to move a little faster, little more aggressive, and faster at killing.
