Am I correct in my understanding that these recipes are not yet live? Also, it seems to be implied from the description of Mystical Grand Charm that the recipe simply adds -X% to Enemy Magic Resistance on top of the affixes already there. In that event, wouldn't using whichever recipe matches the character's preferred element just be a straight upgrade to any Grand Charms a character might happen to have in their possession?

Thank you 2.4 for making all of my wildest dreams come true!
I actually have a lot of hope for new cube stuff, that really feels like the best way to add content to this game. The drop table and farming is legendary for a reason, lets not mess it up. Being able to have like 5 or 6 good charms for an ele or maybe a really cool amulet you found, that is how to make this game more enjoyable for the casual person. Yes the people who are going to fill their inventory with 30 mystic charms are going to be OP, but they were to begin with, thats how they had 30 Mal to just throw at charms. This is the most comfortable power creep for the casual player i have seen. Looking forward to it going live.
The concept of these charms just seems so streamer-brained to me. We're absolutely going to see theorycraft builds that are like "look at how good this build does with an inventory full of Breaching Small Charm'd Fine Small Charms of Vita". Like yeah you are applying a -40 physical resistance penalty passively, no wonder.

Yep lol, the folks who have giant community inventories will always have unreasonable gear lol. But for the solo farmer, I will be super pleased with my -5% physical resist i can squeeze out of my cool charms lol. ))

Exactly my thoughts. This is why I hate those "guides" made by paid streamers. They turn people into thinking they NEED that op stuff, ignoring anything else on their way. The online rat race supports those implications.
RMT shops are buying some extra bottles of champagne now. (My personal Conspiracy Theory: Blizzard and those shops are working together)
Sadly, this is the dark side of this hobby. I stay on the light side, playing SSF.
ElSolDolLol
For low items I also accept: Perfect Amys, Ral, Hel, Tokens, Keys. Please don't offer runes lower than Pul (with the named exceptions).
NO PM OFFERS PLEASE! BE FAIR AND WRITE INTO THE THREAD
Locking these behind the "ladder only" wall would be an interesting choice. I think i am more excited for the little crafting stuff than anything else in the new RotW lol. I would have happily snagged this for the 2 stash pages, 2 char slots, and new gear/items. ))
