I was gonna make the Authority body armor runeword for my Warlock. Found a 3 soc armor on my Amazon in nightmare and tried making one but nothing happened. Yes, the Amazon is migrated over to the expansion.
Since the Amazon has migrated, do I need to use my Warlock to make the runeword maybe? I'm asking because I don't wanna waste the runes, Hel - Shael - Ral.

Can be used to make Runewords:
Can't say why it shouldn't have worked if the amazon was already migrated when you tried it,
but can confirm that it isn't ladder-only, since we also had build one during the leveling Phase of our Warlock.

Same, did one for leveling (29 woohoo) along the way. Void I'm not going to try since Zod is now worth Jah or whatever. Will assume the same.
If you get a PM offer, post it in the trade. Promote healthy competition instead of settling for less.

About that, the price already peak.
It is for fun, later it will drop back to Ber when ladder up.
the price range wont be much different from current level.
