Northern Worldstone Shard can be used to terrorize Act 5.

It can also be used as an ingredient in
Recipe: Renewed Black Cleft to create a
Renewed Black Cleft, or as an ingredient in
Recipe: Renewed Bone Break to create a
Renewed Bone Break.

Even though the different uber zones are accessed via act 5, they will not be terrorized after using this (or any other) shard.

Northern Worldstone Shard:
  • Most likely to drop from monsters with: <=74 mlvl <=77
  • Hell - both TZ and non-TZ
  • From Champions, Uniques, Super Uniques, and Heralds
  • Not affected by Magic Find
