Charge required. I'm PC but if I see this correctly you need a fresh "middle char" to transfer item from a PC to PS or vice versa while being in a online game which I assume is password protected between the people involved in said game/trade. Have I got this right?

To do a platform transfer you just need one person who owns the game on both platforms. I have PC and Xbox. I log into the same account on both platforms, but not at the same time. When I need to transfer for someone, I'll meet them in an Xbox game and get the item. Then I log off and log into PC with the same account. Then I meet the other person and give them the item.
