That would resolve a lot of frustration, endless clicking when trading thousands of pgms each weak and foremost make it safe to trade with eg. 200 Jah runes.
Anyone onboard with this wish?
This, at a lower intensity, is what I think as well.RackAnewShoe wrote: 17 hours ago
This is where I am at. I feel more trepidation than excitement. I don't trust modern Blizzard to not royally mess this up by going the D3 or D4 route. I would rather get nothing than get WoW.
The team that made D2R is long gone (all let go, resigned or folded into the D4 team). It's currently unknown which team is actually making the changes to D2R, if it's some Blizzard Albany (formerly Vicarious Visions, who made D2R) team being allowed to work on D2R again, or if it's an entirely different team with no experience with working with D2/D2R.
Ha! This is such a rich person problem. I wish I had this problem.
It was just an example - could be 200 Perfect Gems ! or 200 El runes
I've heard something similar. Thank you for the information.ShadowHeart wrote: 9 hours agoThe team that made D2R is long gone (all let go, resigned or folded into the D4 team). I get what you're saying. However, adding a "Trade All" or "Move All" dialog/button... Would make more sense. In all the years playing this game, I've never known anyone to want or to trade 200 of anything in one go. Imagine the inventory/newly purchased stash tab having 200 spaces? OMFG!?, Hoarders of Diablo!! Unite!! And Celebrate!!!retepnap wrote: 8 hours agoIt was just an example - could be 200 Perfect Gems ! or 200 El runes![]()
One of my biggest fears may answer the question that you are asking...? That their "Major Content" may be a segue into a front door for micro-transactions in D2R. People here in the forums continue to mention: Purchasing extra tabs in the stash. I'm okay with what is currently in the game. I'm definitely a No Sale. They aren't getting credit card information from me...Glowhawk44 wrote: 1 hour agoTrying to be realistic in what a "major patch" mean by Blizzard for D2R. Blizzard could implement an inventory system similar to D4 -- with a seperate tab for gems, runes, etc., perhaps with a loot filter -- because this is something they've been working on with D4. It would make sense for Blizzard to carry over inventory ideas to D2, a clear idea of what they wanted to do and a relative easy way to accomplish it (without too much time invested). Then they could easily add gem/rune stacking as well. I think if they were to do something this complicated -- that would qualify as "major content" for any game -- but especially D2.
However, if they only add 2 stash tabs. I don't think even Blizzard would qualify that as "major content". It would have to be stash tabs plus rune words, or something else substantial for gameplay to count as "major content".
The only other thing, would be to add an extra zone, quests, or paid expansion -- later in the year or next year. Obviously, this would be a shocker, and is very unlikely. I can see an easy way to implement major content and make everyone happy, would be to simply make it like LOD where you can opt out of the new content. That way it doesn't mess with the core game, for people who don't want any changes to D2R.
Regardless, it's nice to see Blizzard adding anything to D2R at this point. But, I would've preferred they not talk about content planned for D2R and just show us instead. Because D2R has been on life support with no new content or changes for a long time now. And it's really not nice to tease major content. When in reality its probably something decent (not major) or something people wouldn't consider major at all (e.g. 2 stash tabs, 2 rune words).
Maybe, if it's D2R related (I don't really understand if it's the case or not), it could be the Butcher reappearance somehow ? Who else ?An infamous villain whose shadow once scarred Sanctuary returns to spread their corruption once more.
That's very cool. Take your pick:Nyffs wrote: 55 minutes agoI hope the new stashes (I think it's 999.9% sure there will be new stashes) are gonna be free. I don't want to have to buy "a new part" of a game I already bought. I've done enough with the Sims franchise with paid DLC.
As for an extension, as I read here and there, I start to be persuaded it's gonna be it. This and/or a new class.

Lachdanan (Corrupted): While he seeks Redemption, the formerly honorable Captain of King Leoric's guard is a boss in Diablo 1, but not a main villain in the later numbered games.
Skarac: A lesser-known demon mentioned in early Lore
That's cool that you saw Diablo 1. Diablo 1, Now that was a game: Scary, tough, and unpredicable. The Butcher: named by you... Whew! I still have chills. "Ahh... Fresh meat!" Corrupted Lachdanan was mean in Diablo 1. Again, gives me chills just thinking about it.Nyffs wrote: 45 minutes agoThanks for sharingI don't know much about the Lore of Diablo (I only play D2R, played LoD a long time ago and watched my brother played D1 a very long time ago). Been in D2R for 2 years and didn't went much into the story behind the cinematics
But if there is more Lore added to the game, I'm not against it at all. It could be cool if it's done properly.
