Hm, are you sure? Thundergod's Vigor has 10str less, no fcr and no res while Arachnid Mesh has no str at all and no res either.
I could imagine that some builds have a good use for this combination of stats. While I'm not expecting serveral Jah runes I thought it could have some value for niche applications, where it just fits the slot.
For having rolled a few caster belts, only STR and a bit of res is not enough for significant value. With 10 fcr, or additional FHR could be discussed, but here, I don't expect more than a couple of pgems.
