451 poison small charm

I'm grinding

Perfect Gems to get some 451 poison charms.
Got a few charm bases from

Baal, but 85 runs per small charm are quite boring.
Are small charms form lv 96

Terror zones also eligible to provide 451 poison?

In Diablo 2 Resurrected, the item level of a charm dropped in a

Terror Zone is determined by the area level of that zone while it's terrorized, which scales with your character's level. To find a small charm with an item level of 88, you would need to farm in a

Terror Zone where the monsters are at least level 88.

For a monster to drop an item with an item level of 88, the

Terror Zone itself should be scaled to at least that level. Thus, if you are at least level 88, finding a

Terror Zone that is scaled to your level would meet this requirement.

Keep in mind that

Terror Zones scale as follows:

- Normal difficulty: +2 levels to monster level
- Nightmare difficulty: +4 levels to monster level
- Hell difficulty: +5 levels to monster level

Therefore, in Hell difficulty, the base monster level would need to be at least level 83 for regular monster drops to potentially reach item level 88 when terrorized, which means you must be at least level 83 yourself. Otherwise, look for

Terror Zones where the terrorized level is at least 88 to ensure small charms have an item level of 88.

as my understanding, charm dropped from

Baal room (even w/o Tz) can spawn 451 PSD, also applied when re-roll. But the chance to get the 451 is extremely low, i recall i re-rolled ~10k gem but didn't get 1.

... and Cain is wrong again. All TZs get +2 to character lvl (see here).

That leads to:
normal mobs +2
champions +4
elite and minions +5

So you need character lvl 86 to have any small charm at ilvl 88.

2. Do you know how long you will have to grind to get them?

According to maxroll, the odds of rolling a 451 poison small charm is 1:31,740. So, on average it would take almost 100,000

Perfect Gems to roll one 451 poison small charm. And that's on average, it could very well take more if you're unlucky. Doesn't seem like it's worth the effort...

The problem is it may roll other things valuable.

so it will be hard to say.

Why? Well, I mainly play 1 Javazon for years now and would like some poison support in addition to her 25k lightning.

How long it will take? Probably forever and that's fine. I already got 2 +5 Resi / other nice stat and lots of +3 dmg.
+7% mf I reroll, because from my 15k

Lower Kurast Runs I have more than 40 of them.

Unless you are playing offline, you'd be better off just buying them. Just want to make sure you are aware of the odds.
