Today is a very special day and I want to share it with you. I am totally stunned.

Finally, after playing 25 years of Diablo 2, I found my first

Zod rune!!! I've seen dropping two or three in open games, but I was too slow grabbing it.

Now my "Holy Grail of Runes" is completed, I found every rune at least once. Only 4 uniques missing for the entire Grail.

I guess I'm on a lucky streak today!

Ok so last year I had my ssf Enigma made. The whole process of LK runs drained me a bit so I backed off for about 8 months. Around this Christmas I decided to jump back in with a Barb. I already had a Bardbarian online so for my solo offline ventures, I wanted to try something different.

Had a

Warshrike and a

Lacerator so I made a chuck Barb. Extremely difficult and slow to level up, even with BiS gear. I wanted to use him to farm the Pit but besides the maps that rolled abysmal, the Barb himself was also slow in taking stuff out at p5. Against my better judgement and wanting to avoid another burnout, I decided to go up against Pindle. I expected the piece of gear I wanted to hunt (BAD call, I know, targeted farming is a surefire to get bummed, I tried it with SoJ) with the Barb to take me about three to four months of on and off sessions between work, house work etc.

Making Enigma took me 4 months.

Leveling the Barb to maximum took me about a month.

Finding said piece of gear took me two weeks.

First cow run of the day. A cow gave me this.
