Rare +2 Traps Amulet - any worth for low level duels

Greetings

I have literally no experince with PvP and therefore no clue if this one may be useful. Would be nice to get some advice.
If it has no value I would keep it nontheless because I think it is great for leveling up.

+2 to Traps (Assassin Only)
+5 to Strength
+10 to Energy
+32 to Life
+30 Mana
Lightning Resist +37%

It's missing fcr, life can go up to 60, mana up to 90 (yes, at lvl 30).

Having said that, I think it's still a good one and worth trading. My gut feeling is

A drawback is probably the existence of Mosaic - a runeword that is completly broken and overpowered.
My guess is that more and more assasins switch to Martial Arts because of Mosaic.

In general, most people tend to use the most powerful builds - with Amazon e.g., you'll see a ton of Javazones and relatively few Bowazones. Because Javazone is waaaay more powerful.

And with the Assassin, a Martial Art Assassin with Mosaic is way more powerful than one with Traps.

And if less and less player play a Trap-Assasin in the first place, it definitly does have an impact on the price the item can achieve.

The number of LLD Traps is not impacted by the existence of Mosaic or by how many people in PvM play a mosaicsin.

For higher levels, it's not good enough. E.g. a low maras is better, hence it would be worth less than an

Ist. The high value comes from the low level requirement.

Decent stats. If anyone wants to make a LLD sin and they, for whatever reason, do not have a better one, they might give you a

Gul for it?

Vex as a push. I know fcr is needed and ideally you need replenish life as well as life and mana.
Light resist is not that relevant since most of your duels won't be against light dmg based builds - only guessing here?
Worth keeping.
