I need it for a package I'm putting together, for a complete gear and charms, for speed-running any class from 0-75 with ease. I need that armor, because it has low reg, high def and I can socket it with 4

Perfect Skull to give it major mana regen and and replenish life at level 18, which is important for caster classes, before they can get to 27 and get an Insight.
