Are summons annoying?

I've really only played a Summons Necro since the game released. Do other players find the army annoying? Like, in the way that it taxes gameplay or hinders visuals?

I try to be courteous during

Baal runs and not army up. (I still curse, and corpse explode so I'm not just a freeloader) Is that necessary or in general I can just full send the troops.

Well, in my experience people are rather annoyed by us necros exploding corpses or making minions out of them, instead of letting the barb in the group use

Find Item on them, than for the visual clutter. At least I cannot remember any situation like this.

But I love playing necro, so guess my view on this certainly is not very objective.

Personally, they never bothered me even back in the classic D2 days. Then again, I never had a potato for a computer.

The only mild gameplay annoyance I've experienced is mistaking certain revives like willowisps or finger mages for a live mob, but it takes no time to figure that out.

You're far more likely to cause issues for other players as a Mosaic Assassin.

I have never been able to play with 8 necros in a game, but when there were 4 of us it was fucking hilarious, we jus ran around kicking open vases, chest and stuff for the loot, while the army did the hard work lol.
the only ones bitching against necros are people playing on toasters complaining that some skellys are causing "lag" for them xD

I go full on summons Necro when I play. I have 14 skeleteons, 8 skeletal mages, and a Golem. I use a 43 inch 4kUHD TV as my monitor on a home built PC, so nothing really looks that cluttered. I use an Act2

Prayer Merc carrying an Insight, and he seems to keep everything alive. When I got to act 4 Hell level, after killing Diablo I lost a single mage, and when I did the ancients in act 5 I didn't lose any of my minions. so I took a screenshot. This would probably make a good hardcore build?
