I noticed that too but I don't know why.
OMG I was just about to post a topic on this. I was like, am I going insane right now? I'm kind of freaking out that Blizz might throw a Bone to us dogs.
The going hypothesis is that Blizzard has added space for two more tabs so that they can sell them like they did in China.
