p.s. is there an easy way to update the build with the new item list? - in this case i checked the previous winning builds and i guess there are no gear overlaps with my build (except Eth forti which i changed to forti ap) - so i resubmit the build again. cause in between rounds i find it hard to find the time sometimess to build my build again from scratch

I believe this is possible when you have a Maxroll account, don't know if it is possible without.
I think bonkbonk7 means that if I change my original link/list (which I do for each new round), if it's possible for his build to somehow retroactively reflect my changes - and no, that's not possible, as far as I know. It may be possible to merge an existing build with my updated list, but that just creates a union of the items lists, removed items would still exist in the merged result.
Basically, when you open my link and save it to a new link, it creates a snapshot of everything that was contained in my list. This snapshot has no correlation with the original link/list it was created from, it's just a copy.
This is a flaw in the whole process that I can't do much about, unfortunately (I mean, besides try to write my own app that interacts with Maxroll's planner - if that's even possible)
Maxroll is a great resource for the purpose of creating these lists and for participants to submit builds, but it's not really designed for this purpose (and I don't think such a tool that would 100% fit the needs of this giveaway exists anywhere). Whenever I remove items, all old build links that people have made will still contain those old items that no longer exist.

hello, thx for the reply. i figured as much! i too thought of writing a short script for that reason but its not worth the effort
the task of the script would be. take build a, search each item from build a in list b and insert it to the build if found, else leave blank for example.
