Maximum Damage (Based on Character Level)

Hey guys,
I found a rare bow with “+118 to Maximum Damage (Based on Character Level)” (+1,24/Level) and I can’t find this affix listed anywhere. Most databases only show static ones like “(+0.75 per Character Level) 0.75-74.25 to Maximum Damage (Based on Character Level)".
Could anyone please clarify which tier or internal affix this belongs to, and how exactly it scales by level in D2R?

Your weapon has two mods, that's what makes it confusing.

It has both Fool's and Grinding.

Fool's:
+ (16.5 Per Character Level) 16.5-1633.5 To Attack Rating / + (0.5 Per Character Level) 0.5-49.5 To Maximum Damage (Based On Character Level)

Grinding:
+ (0.75 Per Character Level) 0.75-74.25 To Maximum Damage (Based On Character Level)

In total when an item has both is +1.25 Per Character Level To Maximum Damage.
I'm assuming you're level 95, so in that case, 95 * 1.25 = 118.75 = 118.
(and for attack rating: 95 * 16.5 = 1567.5 = 1567)
