It's definitely not bad. There are better helmet options as a main helmet, like arreat's face or guillaume's face, or lots of other options depending on your build. But this is good as a temp
Some people keep helmets like this around in their stash/cube to cast higher level battle orders, then switch back to their main helmet. Those helms can roll a max of +5 overall to battle orders (yours is +4), so you can maximize life and mana on your build
That's mostly for player vs. player builds. I don't think it's necessary for player vs. monster, but it's still a decent strategy
