Can be used to make Runewords:
4 good attributes with excellent rolls (AR / dex / max / cres), but 2 trash affixes to finish.
Misses things like fcr or leech or str that many people like, but still certainly valuable to the right buyer for a melee build. I'd bet around Lo in NL so Vex- Ohm on L

AR is 90 + 30 from Radiance suffix (30 AR, 3 lightning radius).
My timezone is CET/UTC+1.

Attack rating can roll as a prefix from 10-120 but in addition to that you can also get a suffix with 10/15/30 ar and 1/1/3 light radius. Your ring rolled 90 ar on the prefix (gold 81-100) and 30 ar + 3 light radius on the suffix (of radiance). In the end it doesn't matter because it's the same as if it had rolled 120 ar on the prefix.
Thanks for the explanation. I was a little bit confused because the site added a description of the runeword for the word "Radiance."
That was just to clarify it's not a perfect 120 AR from prefix from 90 + 30 from another suffix.
