There isn't enought history about that kind of amulet.
Someone sold a similar one with 15 all res (and not with high fire and cold) and 4% mana regen for a
Jah.

So I'd say between
Ohm and
Jah for yours because the res and 10% mana regen.

An MA sin will benefit from FCR for teleporting. Especially if using Mosaic to keep charges up.

I'm not playing D2 as much as before. I'm too lazy to edit all my trade prices. Offer me something reasonable and I'll probably accept.
