Can be used to make Runewords:
A fairly minor one, but getting perfect 15/15 bonuses is pretty cool. (I really wish it'd rolled four sockets, but three has a few interesting uses too.)

Usually when I've gotten perfect items I've sold them. This one I had to keep because it's such a great item to start with:
