"tool" as in script / bot also illegal to use in the game. I dont use cheats or bots to get things done. I play because I like to spend time playing, automating it would not make sense at all.

loot filter and stackable items would be so nice for QoL.
stacking runes/potions/gems holy cow. so nice

For sure autopicks are considered as hacks and are forbidden. But I know it was used in LoD and I'm pretty sure some people are using them.

The OG program from the D2 LOD days was called "pickit," and it was absolutely busted. If you were running it in a lobby as a sorc, no one else stood a chance.

Item drops are registered client side a few miliseconds before the item "appears" on your screen. The hack intercepts and reads the data and knows whats about to drop, and if it's on your filter list as desired, would

Teleport you within pickup distance and take the item to your inventory or put it into your cube for you.
Don't ask me how I know..

I am quite sure people are using it now, but it could just be latency combined with reaction time causing it to seem like superhuman pickup speeds.

Well, it helps offsetting the -70% Res of

Flame Rift :p

That's same as 3 sc with +15 HP and +10 fire res.

Those have value? I found 15 life and 11% fire resist small charm the other day.
