No, unfortunately.
Single resistance is not a very good affix on jewels, except for Fire just for the specific case of offsetting the penalty on Andariel's Visage (need 20+), but you still need a good suffix with it (IAS, enhanced damage...)

Someone much smarter than me already said once: "The real value of something doesn't reflect in a number of how much a seller can ask for it, but on how much a buyer is willing to pay."
No worth imo.
You can put the 2nd in Andy's face. Still better than Ral and you can remove it as soon as you find something better.
