skill tree for an early-mid pure kicksin?

currently at lvl 47 in NM (ladder sc), maxed out on

Dragon Talon and BoS, but not sure if points on BoS are wasted

my current gear:
main weapon: some random rare with 10 ias
gauntlet: random rare with 10 ias
Hustle (armor 40 ias)
Lore, Rhyme, Goblin, random

Belt and bunch of trash charms, rings and a Mahim-oak

so from gear total 60 ias which is plenty, here's my confusion, so my BoS bonus currently offers +53 attack speed, does this mean I just hit 113 bp on ias?

I don't really know what points to put, some say Venom, I don't even know how to use Venom and is it worth it? I played a trapsin before, trap has much better crowd control although in this playthrough I aim at being a pure kicker, or

Shadow Master is a better option?

also, I'd like a roadmap on what are the gears to obtain next? piss poor at the moment can't even trade for a g-face, I do wonder should I swap out Hustle for something else (cheap as Hustle)?

Venom: Skill is useless and a waste of skill points for online play (it’s still useful offline though).

Online, doing any damage to a target stops both its HP regeneration and any poison damage on it completely for 8 frames.
(Offline it only stops regen & poison for a single frame)

In other words - if you can attack at a rate of once per 8 frames or faster, poison will do nothing for you. Not just Venom, any poison, but since Venom has such a short duration, you can’t even use it to poison something and switch target while the poison works, you’ll only get 2 frames of poison damage out of Venom’s 10 frame duration.

can you guys review the rest of my gears? a little update, now I have Black and g-face, not sure if going with Crescent Moon + Duress to replace Black and Hustle will be much better?

also still struggling to understand how many points to BoS is enough now I want to put more points into

Still bad, just not quite as terrible, especially for Venom.

Venom "works". But any damage source other than the Venom hit itself will block Venom's poison for 8 frames (and Venom lasts only 10 frames). It is thus essentially useless in group play, and any summons, minions, mercs, traps, etc will interfere with it.
