(but from what you said, the other ring is way more valuable - even not being that good )
I based myself on the "point scale" I saw on other threads (like forums/how-to-sell-all-the-rings-and-am ... 60263.html )

This ring would be 4 points: 1 (82 ar) + 1 (6 ml) + 1 (8 ll) + 1 (29 fr)
The other ring would be 3.5 points: 1 (8@) + 1 (117 ar) + 1 (7 ll) + 0.5 (18 Life)

Life at 18 is probably 0

I was considering
100 - 66% of affix range = 1 point
66 - 33% of affix range = 0.5 points

so
AR 1 point was 120 to 80
Life 0.5 points was 26-14 (max 40)

(but I'm probably outdated...)
