I'm wandering if , let's say CTA rolls 2 To Battle Order - and my character will have 10+to all skills , does it add ?
Does it mean Battle order would be on let's say 12 level, or others plus skills doesn't apply to it ?

Yea, you have to use gear that says +X to all skills.
e.g. for a Pally, +2 pally skill ammy would not work for the CTA but a Maras would.

u can see at which lvl BO is, if you hover over it with the mouse.

I believe only +to all skills apply though. So you can’t cheese it with barb skillers or +barb skills gear.
