Was given an offer of Lo, but that seems, well, low.
Didn't see one with a bow as base but here is the price history for Hand of Justice sc nl:

Yeah, I think the bow being a base(even a +3 skill bow) lowers its value. As the build it makes just isn't quite strong enough for the investment.
But, for someone with the runes to spare, who just wants to have fun, I'm sure its not worth nothing, I just don't think its worth what a HoJ in a B. Axe or PB is.
Still pretty unsure on what to list it for.

Hard to tell, first time I see this in a bow, and Zon / a1 merc reserved. Very niche - maybe check on Traderie too, as much as I dislike their interface that extends the player pool.
