I'm bit confused about new patch and sunder charms...please can You explain me one thing...are they dropping as well on NL Single online or just ladder and offline games?

I can confirm that they drop in non-ladder and according to the patch notes they should also drop in singleplayer.
I have three drop in non-ladder multiplayer. They only drop in Terror Zones, which are Hell difficulty only.

Sunder Charms can and will drop in NL multiplayer. All my charms came from the past few runs a day and two ago, all online multiplayer.
They only drop in Hell difficulty in Terror zones, and all of mine have only dropped from uniques, so I assume they only drop from uniques and superuniques. I don't know about champion packs, I've never had one drop from a champion.

Fast to get a solid roll on the specific one you're after maybe.
Fast to get "any sunder", not so much.
They do drop quite regularly in TZs. The hard part is getting one that isn't useless to you.
