Also price of a 20/20 Monarch with four, 5/5 die lightning facets?
If it matters this is for Switch, Non-Ladder, Softcore.

Can be used to make Runewords:
For the sword I would calculate the price of 6 perfect lightning facets as the base has no value compared to that:
pricecheck.php?item=3167&other=0&sk=m&s ... &perfect=1
pricecheck.php?item=3166&other=0&sk=m&s ... &perfect=1
What do you mean with 20/20 Monarch?
The famous Jeweler's Monarch of Deflecting has 20% increased block chance and 30% faster block rate:
pricecheck.php?item=Jeweler%27s%20Monar ... ng&other=1
and then add 4x perfect lightning facet to it. If it is instead just a plain white Monarch with 4 sockets I wouldn't count it for the price as these have no value compared to the facets.
