Can be used to make Runewords:
Hmmm, 3+ useful affixes (req is more niche BUT can serve) and rolled perfect on ED and quite high on minD.
However, due to the MinD/ED bug, it needs to be socketed on a weapon to work properly.
Still, would believe this can have a high value, even on ladder.
Try Jah and see what comes ?

It is actually quite useful.
Put it in items that require ~130 str/dex, it would save you ~20 stats points to put into vitality.
