you've seen the fcr?

FCR is the main reason to use a circ over harle for example. You get Res from almost everything, FCR is very limited though

I am thinking it maybe one good option for an sorc build on

Enchant/archery.

I did see the FCR.
2/20 circlets are actually quite common. Blank, they tend to go at around

Pul/

Um for 2 all skills. And without 20 they are just worth nothing (except visio mod)

That's very different for caster amulets, where 2/20s are a sort of holy grail with huge value.

As for sorcs, circlets are usually NOT best in slots, they tend to prefer Flickering for Fire, Nightwing for Cold and Griffon for Lightning.

The special case of fire enchanting sorc, typially using

Demon Machine could indeed be a good niche spot for this

Vex and see if something comes, then be ready to lower if you see no offer.

30 frw
10 str

2/20/30 is perfect, 10 str is also useful.

With 2 os it would be godly, here, it"s just very nice, though sorcs are not the fondest of frw.
