The way poison affixes work is that if you have both, a prefix and a suffix, you add the damage/frame together and you also add together the duration.

So for:
Pestilent - 175 poison dmg over 6 seconds
Small Charm
of Anthrax - 50 poison dmg over 6 seconds

You add 6 secs + 6 secs = 12 seconds duration
And then get (175 dmg/6 secs + 50 dmg/6 secs) * 12 secs = 450 dmg/12 secs

The above is simplified. The actual calculation uses frame values, adds those and multiplies everything back up. Rounding rules along the way then results in 451 instead of 450.

Baal because I feel like I never get anything from the minions, but wanted to try to complete some tokens... Got an essence right after too

For me, I never get anything above Rare from

Baal's minions.. since old days Diablo 2 LoD original.
Its really weird.

Edit: Pindle is the same. Always a rare stuff, and thats it.
