how much can i ask for this rare jewel? or is not that good?

If it were level 30 or less, very high for low level duelling.

Here it's still good, but less sought after, so not sure.

Not much 3 non perfect rolls, selfuse if someone cannot resort to anything better, you want atleast 2 perfect rolls and close to perfect on the others.

You have 4 useful mods that work together but none rolled perfect exept fhr and it always rolls 7%.

Pricing rare jewels, look for 4 useful mods, look for the rolls how good/bad are the rolls and go from there, with 2 low rolls you have no value at all since magic jewels would be better at that point since they can spawn higher affix and suffixes then rare jewels do, melee jewels HAS to be good to hold any value at all since ur sacrificing IAS jewels in most cases with a good rare jewel,
