I disagree with charsifood putting the storm master at a lower sigma. Looks like more utility to me, and is wearable for longer. But they make no secret that dual leech and all res are weighted extra heavy in the sigma calculation.
Not sure about Ber. Maybe? If you're non-ladder I'd say Ber is too high. Very low life, and low @res on the first one. Ohm-Sur there.
Maybe Vex-Lo for the other. 6 affixes, all useful. Right buyer might give you more than Lo, but. The rolls aren't amazing.
