For the required level, the trade value is low (mostly due to the number of affixes, and because life/mana rolls are inverted).
Crafted rings are a little tougher to price. That min level really is a problem. 10% LL is nice, but I'd put cap at Ist if you're lucky. Fair price may be closer to Fal-Pul?
