More than Ber for me.

4.5-point is conventionally in Vex- Lo range, plus a premium for dual leech and @res. I think Ber might be right for the current market. Low str is a problem, and the LL is only halfway to max. If I were buying I wouldn't pay Ber, but if selling I would list it for Ber.

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
