ssf'ers: farming of uniques in normal and NM

has anyone (ssf) got experience with farming on NM or N for BiS items?
for example-

Goblin Toe is ilvl 30 with a 1:127 chance for diablo to drop it on p8 330MF. normal.
all the other difficulties and other mobs are 1: thousands or more.

have anyone got a Jzon to farm NM with good MF gear?

Farming NM isn’t a terrible idea if you are looking for normal or exceptional uniques. But in my experience, I think it’s best to continue playing through the game until you hit a wall. For example, javazons can deal a lot of damages with minimal gear. However they struggle with lightning immunes. So you would want to farm an area or a boss that is comfortable for your character. Hell

Andariel drops so many good exceptional and normal uniques. I would try to farm her if possible.

i've self found some useful uniques in NM. like

Peasant Crown,

Goldwrap, frostburns,

Magefist,

Razortail, Gface, vipermagi, gore riders,

Dwarf Star,

Raven Frost, etc. but i've found way more useless uniques too that usually went to

Charsi.

I've never stopped to deliberately farm either but I've played through the game with 12 or so chars and have definitely found some great stuff before Hell. Some uniques are easier to find in NM if you really need them but the drops in general are better on Hell, so I prefer to do my farming there rather than target specific items.
