i thought you can't get rune words on magic? or is that just for diamonds socketing for resistances?

People put 4 5/5 facets in it so you get a good buff to your damage while have a better block.

And a

Monarch is also the only non-pally shield, that is light weight and can have 4 sockets.

it does need to have a good secondary mod. 4 sockets with a big life buff or faster hit recovery or potentially other things too.

I always thought that minus + minus made plus. So now it should be able to break!?

This honestly feels like a failed drop in more ways than one.

I know its not the biggest fail ever, but as i'm looking for the 40% mfs, this feels like a kick in the b.

At least they're not perfect ED on top of that.

On the plus side, for most classes/builds you can still rock those for ages since you won't lose dura unless you get hit and even then it is rare enough to hit your gloves (10% chance).

iT'S pretty above average but i think he means the missing resists / life / mana / combo that makes it a 6 Pointer.
