i have a question about the ilvl and Terror zones. for crafting you need a ilvl 88 amulett for a chance of +2skills and if i am right the ilvl from a drop is from -4 to +2 lvl from the monster lvl. so if i am lvl 90 all minions in Terror zones are min lvl 92 and every amulett that drops must be ilvl 88. can someone confirm this for me please.

The plus/minus range is compared to your own level when you gamble for one.
If the item in question is a drop then it is typically equal to the monster lvl. So if all you want is a lvl 88 neck then you're fine with anything from a Terror zone lvl 88 or higher as even the normal mobs would drop ilvl 88. So host char lvl 86 or higher to get the zone to 88.
The fomular is Ilvl = int(clvl/2) + int(ilvl/2)
Ilvl must be at 90 or more to get +2skills amulet.
You must be at lvl 90 to get a dropped TZ92 amulet to craft: int(90/2) + int(92/2) = 91
Lvl 89 is not enough: int(90/2) + int(90/2) = 89
+45life GC is at lvl 91 so you need at lvl89 to get the TZ91
Correct. The 93 "overkill" was only to ensure that even the low end of the gamble ilvl range is high enough. No such problem/fluctuation with Terror zones and hence no such buffer needed.
