Proper armor here is CoH, not Dragon. Headgear - Flickering Flame for the cause as well.

Mara will beat Rising Sun for sure.
Dragon Tail is most powerful when Tiger Strike is charged - this is how you maximize the explosion. Elemental charges must be synergized by Phoenix Strike.
And you nn to develop both BoS and Fade. With CoH armor, just 1 base point each will do good already. (I'd suggest adding high Venom instead - Plague weapon will boost it further).

Thank you. Just wanted to take profit of the Phoenix -28%fire res. Flickering Flame of cause. How good is Claws of Thunder? With Griffon's Eye and others.
That sounds like a neat alternative! I'm using Lacerator rn for amp proc. I can hit around beyond 20k - 40k with Tiger Strike charged.

CoT is also a way - this is where mart assy really benefits fron griffon, unlike trapsy. Phoenix Strike should be maxed here as well. (Not sure about proper finishin kick here tho).
For pheonix strike / CoT and the likes, i've used Dragon Claw in the past, but I feel you could honestly take any kind of finisher and still do the job right. I would probably use something like Dragon kicks or Dragon Flight. If the Claws you're considering using surpasses kicks in dmg, Dragon Claw.

I Made Paladin using Zeal and the runeword Principle together with Last Wish Phase Blade and Phoenix Vortex Shield. This does delete any possible Mob. Because the Holy Bolt does Lot of damage to physical immunes. I played this Pala today and won solo gainst the ancients in hell mode in First try.
Sanctuary is Aura. Infinity Merc with Holy Frost. Zeal for Attack Casting X many Holy Bolts. And Last Wish gives Life Tap and Phoenix does reg your health.

With sunder charms, the kingpin build seems to be either Lightning Dragonsin, or CE Dragonsin. One maxes Lightning Sentry with synergies, one pt in Death Sentry, then maxes Tiger Strike and Dragon Tail, one point in Dragon Flight and Cobra Strike (like self proc Redemption that can stack with Tiger Strike as the charges aren’t mutually exclusive), points up to one in Fade and Mind Blast. This gets you maxed lightning traps with Dragon Tail as a lightning immune killer. Your other option is similar but you max Burst of Speed and put up to 9 hard points in Fire Blast, and avoid Lightning Sentry.
The thing about the dragonsin that is so appealing is that the gear options are huge, you can literally Skull f Baal with pretty budget gear. For instance before a Flickering Flame is available, you could use Stormshield socketed with a pruby/ Ral rune and use a Firelizard’s talons with +3 martial arts, +70% fire res. Socketed with a fire facet or even go cheap with a pamethyst for 150 ar.
Bis gear is going to probably be Lacerator, Phoenix shield, Flickering Flame, Metalgrid or maras, ravenfrost, soj, 3/20 martial arts gloves, upped gore riders, Belt slot is tricky could go arachnid or String of Ears depending on if you’re teleporting or not. Armor is Enigma/Fortitude/Chains of Honor depending on where you’re farming and if you’re doing solo or group play. Enigma is always nice, but coh is probably better overall for obv reasons. Fort gives huge defense bonus when Chilling Armor kicks in, so on cow farming is king.
I’ll link my build, but right now with unoptimized gear, I do 56k Dragon Tail on Charge 3, probably 40k Charge 2, and 25k Charge 1. With -19% lower res from Flickering Flame and -5 facet in Stormshield that boosts to effective 138% dmg to 50% fire immune enemies. Can one shot p1 cow packs all day, and when me and a bud do duo Baal runs, when i unleash the Dragon, baals health looks like he’s being staticed.

BIS gear choice. Again this one is subjective, as you could opt for other amulet, ring, Belt, small charms, etc. I aimed for fire, light and cold absorb since you'll be using Enigma and running lean on resistances. Did a check on Diablo for the dps, looks like it's around 550,000 dps, with mid 200,000 Dragon Tail once you have three Tiger Strike charges. This presumes amp dmg is also on Diablo. how did you do skill progression as i think a more realistic level would be like 89-90
You have a bunch of options, but dual angelic rings plus amulet with Duriel’s shell, Lacerator of any ed, Stormshield is a good option. Low roll String of Ears, upped gore riders, Laying of Hands and guillaume’s face. That plus full inventory of ma skillers, torch, anni and you can do cows. Don’t put anything into Lightning Sentry or it’s synergies, one point Death Sentry and nine points Fire Blast. That puts you at like level 50 plus skill quests.

Skill distribution, basic gear aims, etc. It will be pretty much untwinked too.

leveling up as a MA assassin is rough. especially untwinked. highly recommend finding a starter trapsin guide and leveling up with that then after you get some Key pieces you can respec. that being said you can def do a MA sin on a budget.Janet the Java wrote: 2 years ago Hi all! couple things to note. if kicking. damage comes from your Boots. they have their own special rules for what they can/cannot trigger/use. (they dont get flat atk boost from Grief for example) so make sure to "up" those Boots!
Claws are normal combat except for the skill Weapon Block. (you need Claws for it) it blocks ALL damage not just physical.
you can wear Claws (and look cool) and kick things.
MA has a unique play style in that you use one skill to Charge up and another to release the charges called a finishing move. depending on the skill the charges do different things.
I've done assassins before (mainly Riftsin, which I love), so I may do the usual fire trap levelling through normal, although I also enjoy picking a build and trying to level with it for the extra challenge.
My main problem is not really knowing about the MA skills beyond Dragon Talon. I want something different to a kicker, and I want to utilise Claws as much as possible, but I'm not sure what these builds are called so I haven't found any good guides. Is there a standard build or a few options? Dragon Claw? Phoenix Strike? I just don't know!

If looking for a Claw sin a budget option is Nat set with Bartuc on offhand. Add Laying of Hands gloves and String of Ears and you reduce tons of damage - allows BoS over Fade.
