I would say only ~Lem. Life and all res are nice but attack rating and life leech are only average, I wouldn't count damage reduced by 1 and it's missing an affix.
Someone might pay more than Lem, but no one should. Mainly to say I agree w @atari's appraisal (Fal-Pul), but wouldn't be at all surprised if that sold as high as Ist-Vex.
All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
