Being only lvl 83, this location often isn't considered worth farming (unless terrorized) as it won't drop items with as high ilvls. If one is already farming Mausoleum, it might be worth it to run this area as well though, due to its proximity to that area.

Normal: 1
Nightmare: 3 - 4
Hell: 4 - 5

In this L-Shape is a guaranteed elite pack spawn. So if you want to maximize the elite pack spawns you should go there last. That way you can exceed the number of elite spawns.
